For under bed notch you will need small shocks QA1 or Belltech Nitro Drop Shocks 

 Kits includes: Under Bed Notch, upper tabs, lower shock mounts, axles brackets, (your choice of bolts/hardware), 1 crossbar

You can select if you would like to add optional crossbar/s and crossbar with logo.

Crossbar: is one straight bar. 

R Welded Logo option: includes crossbar and R welded logo.
