Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the conditions outlined below.

Eligible Returns

  • Returns apply only to NON–Reklez Suspension Works LLC parts.

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, unaltered, and returned in original packaging.

  • Returns received after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.

  • All eligible returns must be sent directly to Reklez Suspension Works LLC.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Custom-Built Products (Reklez Suspension Works LLC)

Including, but not limited to:

  • Under-bed kits

  • Coil-over systems

  • Air suspension systems

Additional Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been installed, test-fitted, damaged, or modified

  • Sale items

  • Orders affected by:

    • Shipping delays or carrier issues

    • Change of mind

    • Sold or totaled vehicles

    • Misunderstanding of build times
      (All build-time information is provided prior to purchase)


How to Start a Return

To request a return, ensure your item qualifies and include all of the following:

  • Purchaser’s full name

  • Order number

  • Phone number

This information must be included inside the package or clearly written on the outside of the shipping box.

All returns are inspected for:

  • Damage

  • Installation or test-fitting

  • Alterations


Restocking Fees

  • Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

  • Refused shipments or items returned without authorization are subject to a 35% restocking fee.

  • Items returned outside policy guidelines will not be refunded.


Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Items lost in transit during return shipping are not eligible for refund.

  • We strongly recommend tracked and insured shipping for items valued over $75.


Refunds

  • Once your return is inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.


Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund has not posted:

  1. Check with your bank or credit card company.

  2. Allow additional processing time for weekends and holidays.

  3. Contact us at reklezllc@gmail.com with your name and order number.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.

  • The original item must be returned before an exchange is processed.

  • Providing proof of return will help expedite your exchange.

  • Once approved, tracking information will be provided.


Instruction Reprints

  • Replacement installation instructions are available for $10 per product.


Gifts

  • Gift returns made by the recipient receive store credit.

  • If the order was not marked as a gift, refunds are issued to the original purchaser.


Fitment Issues (Custom Products)

  • Fitment claims must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

  • Photos are required.

  • All fitment claims are reviewed case-by-case.


Missing Items

  • Missing parts must be reported within 2 days of delivery by calling our shop line.

  • Claims submitted after 2 days will not be honored.


Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Customers assume full responsibility for stolen packages.

  • Lost shipment claims must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.

  • Reklez Suspension Works LLC may assist with carrier claims.

  • If the carrier confirms delivery, the package is considered stolen and is not eligible for refund.

  • Replacement shipments sent due to loss are not eligible for refund or return.
