Our policy lasts 30 days and applies to non Reklez Suspension Works LLC. parts. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we don't offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The product must also be in the original packaging. You are liable for return shipping and the shipping cost is not covered or refundable. If your package was lost and a new shipment was shipped you are NOT eligible for a return or a refund.
Several types of goods/products are exempt from being returned. Parts that have been not limited to altered or installed (includes "test fitted parts"), damaged, etc. We do not provide refunds for errors that are out of our control including and not limited to shipping issues, change of mind, sold vehicle the parts were going on, vehicles that are totaled, etc. Also included in exemptions for refunds are issues or misunderstandings of build times for your parts/products. All important information is provided for review before purchasing.
Parts custom built by Reklez Suspension Works LLC. are non- refundable. They are custom made when you place your order and all details to have the correct parts ordered are stated in our descriptions. Custom parts that do not fit or have an issue you must file a claim within the refund period of 30 days from the purchase date. You must provide photos of the issue Reklez Suspension Works LLC will asses the issue on a case by case manner.
Cancellation of Order: Order Cancellation must be done within 24 hours of purchase and must have NOT been processed to qualify for a full refund. Cancellations only apply to non- Reklez brand parts/products. If your order has been processed (but not shipped) it will incur a 25% restocking fee. If your order has shipped it don't qualify to be cancelled. Parts/ products that are excluded from cancellation are Reklez Suspension Works LLC. brand products.
Missing Parts/ Items: You have 2 days after receiving your parts to call our shop line and file missing parts claim. We do NOT honor any parts missing claim after 2 Days NO Exceptions.
Reprints of instructions is $10.00 per product.
Parts Lost During Shipping: We are more than happy to help you get your parts as soon as possible. However, a claim with the shipper must be filed first so we can send out replacement parts. We can NOT help, process, any replacement without a claim being processed. Once the claim has been filed contact us to verify and we can build and ship out the new parts.
Replacement Parts: If a replacement part has to be shipped to you, you must first send your part back to have the new part sent out to you. No Exceptions. Next Day Air Shipping Is Available At Your Cost.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. And have item shipped to our office/shop. Once your item is received it will be inspected for damages, test fitting, etc. If the parts pass inspection a refund will be processed. It will however incur a 25% restocking fee. All returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee unless otherwise stated.
Please do not send your parts back to the manufacturer (if it applies). If you send parts back to the manufacturer or refuse a shipment for the sole purpose to cancel an order it will incur a 35% restocking fee. Any refused shipment for any other purpose will incur a 35% restocking fee.
Reklez Suspension Works LLC. prides itself in providing honest up front information on our products including and not limited to pricing, build times, materials used, etc. on our product page. We provide a good amount of information to prevent any miscommunication. Returning a product is very costly to any business. A business incurs all expenses when it comes to building and shipping a product (labor, materials, payroll, etc). Our goal is for your experience with reklez.com be a positive one, but also understand in order for us to keep prices competitive we must limit the expenses that affect our prices.

You are 100% responsible for return shipping of all products you are requesting a refund for. Any parts that are lost in transit to our shop are not eligible for a refund.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 25% Restocking Fee is one example.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery does not qualify for a refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email or call to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days of approval. Please keep in mind the actual time it takes to show on your account may be longer.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 5 business days, first check your financial institution.
You may also contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. You may also have an item exchanged if you ordered the wrong one. You will need to purchase the right item first then send back the wrong item/ product. You product must meet our return policy as in time, condition, packaging, etc. Once the item/ product has been inspected and passes we would refund you the full purchase price of the wrong item. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. As mentioned above parts that are lost in transit (while being shipped to us) are not eligible for a refund.
